We build our site so that people of all abilities can use it and sign up. If anything is hard to use, call or text 623.309.6104 and we will help.

Our goal

Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines are the main standard for making websites work for people with disabilities.

What we do

• Our site works with screen readers.
• You can use it with a keyboard instead of a mouse or touch screen.
• Buttons and links are large and easy to tap.
• Text and colors have readable contrast.
• You can switch between light mode and dark mode.
• If you turn on reduce motion on your device, our site keeps movement to a minimum.
• We write in short, plain words.
• We test our site on real phones.

Tools from other companies

Our payment form comes from Stripe, and our live map comes from Mapbox. We cannot change everything inside those tools. If one of them gives you trouble, we can sign you up by phone instead.

You do not need the live map to know when we are coming. If you say yes to service texts, we text you the night before. We also text you when we are on the way and when we are done.

If a phone call is hard for you, send us a text instead. We will help you sign up by phone, and we will fix the problem.
